Chip--iIt's difficult to comprehend but someone left this cutie pie behind when they moved. Chip is a sweetheart that loves people & attention. Many shelters will not even adopt out chows & those that do only adopt out those with excellent temperaments. This boy looks like he really is missing attention & is ready to play! Plz consider giving this pupper another chance at life. Dogs have no way of understanding why they have been abandoned & often go thru depression & grief.
